in a breathtaking mountain paradise.
Located within a spectacular high mountain valley, adjacent to the South San Juan Wilderness Area and the Continental Divide, the Wilderness Bud and Breakfast is the ideal destination for a wide variety of wilderness experiences, while enjoying all of the freedoms that this great state of Colorado has to offer!

For lodging, there are teepees and tent sites nestled along the banks of the pristine Rio Blanco.  Campground accommodations include:  a camp kitchen with a propane stove, sink, pots, pans, utensils, and a charcoal grill;  an outhouse with an eco-friendly composting toilet;  a shower facility with an on-demand gas water heater;  and a common campfire area.


Season runs from mid-May through September.  See you then!

    Accommodations include a teepee with a double bed, linens, table, lantern and a fire pan.

    Accommodations include a teepee with two single beds, linens, table, lantern and a fire pan. Teepees can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 3 guests, depending on the arrangement. A single cot is provided for a third person.

    The campfire area is shared by the entire camp. A great place to kick back and socialize with the other campers.

    Come hang out with the lovable llamas, drop a line in the pristine headwaters of the Rio Blanco, or hike one of the many forest service trails in the area to explore some of the most scenic and secluded wilderness areas in the southwestern United States.
